Mo is the newest associate attorney at Young Wooldridge, LLP. Mr. Basharaheel joins the law firms Water Law and Special Districts Department. A Valley native, he attended Fresno State University, where he received his B.S. in Agricultural Business. Following his undergraduate studies, he worked in the agricultural industry, farming almonds, pistachios, and wine grapes. It is there where Mo decided he would be best suited advocating for the water rights of Valley farmers.
Soon after, Mo attended law school at Pepperdine University. He was a member of the school’s student BAR Association, served as President of the Environmental Law Society, and Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. Mo was Vice President of the school’s Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law where he received a certificate in real estate. He also received a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the school’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. He graduated in 2021 and was admitted to the California State Bar later that year.
Mo is excited to be back in the Valley and working in water law. In addition to practicing law, he enjoys writing, movies, and traveling.
