Dependency

The Kern County Bar Association manages a panel of qualified attorneys for appointment by the Kern County Superior Court to represent parties in Dependency Matters. The selection and assignment of Panel Attorneys are made pursuant to KCBA Policies and Procedures to ensure that assignments are made to attorneys consistent with the attorneys' levels of experience and classifications.
