Gabriel is the principle of GODINEZ LAW which handles primarily Employment and Business law matters, plaintiff and defense.
Gabriel grew up in Arvin, where he attended Arvin High School for three years, but then transferred Bakersfield High School where he graduated in 1992. Thereafter, he then attended Moorpark Junior College where he wrestled in addition to his regular studies. He then transferred to San Diego State University and majored in History with a minor in Mexican American Studies. Subsequently, he studied at the University of West Los Angeles-School of Law and became a licensed attorney in December 2005.
Gabriel now runs GODINEZ LAW with his wife of 15 years, Diane Godinez. Together they raise their eleven-year-old son, Andrew, who attends Stockdale Christian School.
Gabriel has served as a Board of Director for the Kern County Bar association for over five years and had served for three years on the Hispanic Chamber Board.
