Jeremy Brehmer



Jeremy Brehmer is designated a Lawyer-Scientist (American Chemical Society) and Fellow in the American Academy of Forensic Science.

Mr. Brehmer is honored to have presented multiple times to the American Academy of Forensic Science, the American Chemical Society, state and local public defender associations, bar conferences, law schools, and others associated with the forensic and legal community around the country.

In addition to other publications and those is process, Mr. Brehmer has authored chapters about forensic science in criminal cases, search and seizure, pharmacology, drug detection limits, and discovery in several Aspatore/Thomson Reuters books, contributed on a blood alcohol analysis chapter for West publishers, Co-Authored Medico-Legal Aspect of Marijuana Colorado Edition and Editor of California Edition 2018; and co-authored the feature article for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers publication the Champion.

Mr. Brehmer continues to serve as: Indigent Defense Program committee member, Court Liaison committee member and Judicial Nominations Evaluation Committee member for the Kern County Bar Association; Treasurer National DUI Defense Lawyers Association; Treasurer DUIDLA Justice Foundation, and Chair of Seminar Committee DUIDLA.
