Thomas S. McIntosh is one of the firm’s founding members, specializing in the field of Probate and Trust Administration, although his extensive experience also includes representation of receivers, trustees and fiduciaries in business matters generally, business dissolution and distributions, and related litigation. He is well-known in the legal community of Kern County for is extraordinary attention to detail, his success in unraveling complicated business disputes relating to estates and trusts, working with other attorneys in problem-avoidance and problem-solving, and an overall commitment to achieving the best possible results for his clients.
