Bio
For over 35 years Bernard G. LeBeau Jr has assisted clients in an extensive range of business, real estate, and estate planning matters, examples of which include:
Acquisition, development, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate projects, including shopping centers, office buildings, health care facilities, industrial and agricultural properties;
Design and implementation of complicated tax deferred exchanges under section 1031 of the Internal Revenue code and tax free reorganizations of corporate entities;
Formation of general and limited partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies, including design of buy-sell provisions for such entities;
Sales and acquisitions of businesses and
Estate planning and trust administration including design and implementation of large and complicated estate plans involving generation skipping taxes, private foundations, and charitable trusts.
Mr. LeBeau also serves as general counsel to a number of businesses and trade organizations in Bakersfield and Kern County.
